MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Amy Anderson

Amy Anderson, co-founder of BrinsonAnderson Consulting, is a healthcare business coach for surgeons and their staff. She has over 20 years of experience working with plastic surgeons.

Surgeons and staff appreciate her approachable style and her practical advice. She’s coached hundreds of surgeons, administrators, patient care coordinators, and other team members on building a strong office culture, improving revenue, and optimizing business management practices. She is a frequent speaker on these topics at national specialty meetings, including the Aesthetic Meeting, AAFPRS, and Global Aesthetics, and has authored a number of publications over the years for Aesthetic Society News.

A lifelong Midwesterner, Amy earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University. She and her husband, Ben, an orthopedic physician assistant, live in Indianapolis with their pups, Pippa and Lucy.
